Here you will find classic street features along with speed-bumps, a variant of a volcano and a more unique wave-driveway. Other key features are pigmented blue concrete, granite details and the hill, which also works as a noise barrier, which frames the skatepark towards the water.

Built as an addition to an existing wooden skatepark, key features include a bigger bowl, a smaller flow area, a blended-in mini ramp and a fully skateable deck surrounding the entire park. The materiality consists of perfectly finished concrete, along with granite pool coping, Corten steel forms and smooth steel coping.
